You can now quickly load and seamlessly run CMS IntelliCAD STD directly from our website domain, without the need to install it, and without any significant performance degradation.

We believe that common cloud technology, i.e., typically running a software inside a browser window, has some important barriers still difficult to crossover, specially with CAD applications. Manly they are internet connection speed and performance, file security and availability.

It's common to see customers willing to have the ability to batch convert DWG files between different versions. Or even convert a recent DWG file version into an old version they are able to open or edit using their own cad software.

At the fourth quarter of 2008, CMS has selected Google Checkout™ services due to the potential high end quality service and extreme security assurance. The integration done with our online store resulted in a much faster and reliable purchase process that is now available to all of our customers.

This purchase process is somehow different from what is considered "old way, simple, direct and easy". A customer does not require an user account to be able to purchase our products. Selecting a product and checking out is enough to checkout and prepare an order for payment. "How much simpler can it be?"

Credit Card Payment approval process usually is extremely fast. After payment, the customer is automatically redirected back to the store. At this point, a store user account has been automatically created and the customer is immediately able to browse his store account, retrieve is license information, download our software and receipt. Customer license information will be always securely stored.

Due to security reasons, CMS does not send any software license information to a customer email box.

Some foreign purchases may require some extra time to approve the credit card use. In some cases, it can take some extra time/minutes, or it can even be declined. Customer will always be notified by an email message.

Portland, OR., USA, February 9, 2010 – The IntelliCAD Technology Consortium (ITC) today announced a Beta2 release for ITC members (such as CMS, Inc.) of the all-new IntelliCAD 7 CAD software incorporating a new software architecture designed to optimize the core data import/export and application programming functions critical to users of the IntelliCAD CAD platform. The IntelliCAD 7 architecture uses DWGdirect™ from the Open Design Alliance (ODA) as its internal database for improved handling of DWG files. For companies building custom applications, IntelliCAD 7 also offers the powerful DRX object oriented application programming language (API) developed by the Open Design Alliance (ODA) with custom IRX extensions specific to the IntelliCAD platform.
